3 months of Nutrition Coaching. The goal of this program is to teach you how to track your macros and have you achieve a full understanding of "tracking your food" all while dropping extra weight and gaining strength and confidence. You will be asked to check in daily via messenger or text and asked for one very detailed check in via email every week. We will send you a spreadsheet to fill out weekly. bi-weekly Incody weigh ins will be provided to track progress. Accountability is key. Make sure you check in with your coach!
